Why is the Temperature or Humidity NOT increasing? Both Temperature and Humidity can be highly influenced by the circumstances around the Incubator. Keeping the incubator in the foam box came within the package can help stabilizing the temperature and humidity, and adding warm water is recommended.

Why is the Temperature or Humidity displaying not matching my own thermometer or hygrometer? Inside the incubator, airflow is controlled by a micro-fan on the top to even the temperature and humidity. Yet still, there could be discrepancy at different spots. Having another set of apparatus can help track the temperature and humidity more precisely.

Can I match the Temperature displaying on the machine to my own thermometer? Yes, you can calibrate the temperature sensor reading. The machine allows you to manually adjust the real-time temperature if you believe the displayed number is not correct. Details can be found on Page 8-9 in the manual.

Why is the egg turner not working? 1. Check if the rotation shaft is installed and inserted correctly in the slot. 2. Press and hold the "Candler" button for 3 sec. to test the turner. 3. Press and hold the "Set" and "Up" Button for 3 sec. to reset the machine, then try step 2 again.

Is there anything I should pay attention to before starting another round of incubation? Yes. After the last group of babies are settled, please clean up the incubator. Most of the parts can be directly washed except the cover. Test every function including egg turner, candler, temperature control and etc. before putting new eggs in it.
