36V Electric Bike Replacement Charger - 2A Output for Swagtron EB5

The charger is designed to work with an input voltage of 100-240V AC at 50/60Hz. It provides an output of 42V 2A for charging lithium-ion batteries. The charger features an indication light - it shows green when the battery is fully charged, and red when it is in the charging process.

The operating temperature range for this charger is -10°C to 50°C, with a relative humidity of 20% to 90%. For storage, the temperature range is -10°C to 60°C, also with a relative humidity of 20% to 90%.

The package includes 1 x 42V 2A 10S battery charger and 1 x power cord.

When using the charger, please observe the following guidelines: 1. Charge the battery in a dry environment. 2. Do not keep the power supply connected when the charger is not in use. 3. Avoid overcharging the battery. Disconnect the charger once the light turns green, indicating a full charge. 4. Charge the battery before it is fully drained. Allowing the battery to drain completely can damage it. 5. If the battery has not been used for an extended period (2-3 months), charge it before use. Ensure the battery is not damaged. 6. Maintain a shallow discharge cycle, but perform a deep discharge approximately every 3 months to activate the long-term immobile material within the battery. 7. Confirm the battery type is compatible with the charger, as it is designed specifically for lithium-ion batteries. Do not use it with LiFePO4 batteries, as it may overheat. 8. When charging, connect the battery to the charger cable first, then plug the charger into the AC power source. After the battery is fully charged, disconnect the power first, then remove the battery.

The charger features several protection mechanisms, including short circuit, overload, and overvoltage protection. It has a global AC input voltage range, high efficiency, soft starting current, and a compact, lightweight design.

The cable length is 39.4 inches (100 cm), and the charger has a maximum operating temperature of 40°C. The charger housing is made of high-quality plastic, with a smooth appearance and no impurities.
